Refund Policy

The Written Message has a 7-day return policy. Products may only be returned if faulty or damaged.

To return a product from our bookstore, contact us at admin@thewrittenmessage.com. We aim to process all returns within 2-3 working days and shall send the relevant postage instructions within the 2-3 working days period. A refund will be provided once the product has been received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and you must notify us within 7-days of receiving the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@thewrittenmessage.com
